End user documentation

These documents are in Dutch and written for SOShulp. They are available in pdf and open document format text (odt). There are available under a 'creative commons, by, share-alike' license. So you may use edit and change them as long as you mention the original authors and share the documents you created in the same way. More details on the license can be found at: creative commons by-sa.

Installing and upgrading Psi

For the installation of Psi 0.10 or for upgrading from Psi 0.9.2 to 0.10 are the following two manuals available (in Dutch).

Downloading the overview of chats

Site administrators can download an overview of the chats in .csv-format from the intranet. Instructions in Dutch on how to import them into excel can be found here. The exact fields that are present in the .csv-file are very dependant on the installation of HelpIM. An example codebook in Dutch can be found here, in pdf and odt
