order of lines different at client and staff when lines are sent almost simultaniously

When both the client and the staff member send a chatline at (almost) the same moment both see their own line first and the line of the other after it.

Impact: this might cause confusion in a chat.

Caused by the difference in meganisms of retrieving the lines by the webchat (from database) and the chatbot (from jabber). Both should use jabber, but this needs a meganism to send the owner of the line along. (X-line in the jabber stanza?)
